Field Marketing Representative: Monthly Sales Presentation Bonuses

  • 5 Sales Presentations >>> $500 Bonus


  • 10 Sales Presentations >>> $1,000 Bonus


  • 15 Sales Presentations >>> $1,500 Bonus


  • 20 Sales Presentations >>> $2,0000 Bonus


  • 25 Sales Presentations >>> $2,500 Bonus



*A sales presentation is a booked appointment that an Energy Consultant met with the homeowner, gave a full sales presentation and created a proposal for the potential client. 

*Must have a minimum of 5 sales presentations in the calendar month to qualify and each sales presentation after the first five earn an additional $100 each. 


Field Marketing Representative of the Month

Every month we will recognize the top Marketing Rep. Top Representative will be determined by three metrics.


  • Number of Closed Sales
  • Number of Sales Presentations
  • Total kW Sold


*Each Field Marketing Representative will be ranked companywide in each of the categories above. The Marketing Rep with the highest average ranking will be crowned Field Rep of the Month. 

*Tie breaker will be total dollar amount of the closed sales. 


Energy Consultant: Closer of the Month

Every month we will recognize the top closer. Top closer will be determined by three metrics.


  • Number of Closed Sales
  • Close Percent to Sales Presentations
  • Total kW Sold


*Each Energy Consultant will be ranked companywide in each of the categories above. The Energy Consultant with the highest average ranking will be crowned Closer of the Month. 

*Tie breaker will be total dollar amount of the closed sales.
